Sass brings a wealth of experience and energy to Bright Butler, having worked client and agency-side, she understands life on both sides of the fence and uses this knowledge to best effect.

Before starting Bright Butler, Sass spent eight years managing challenging direct mail, DRTV, cinema, press, online, outdoor and radio campaigns for clients including AXA Sun Life Direct, Page & Moy, Endsleigh Insurance, Safety Camera Partnership and Hilton International Hotels. And while those big brands are impressive in themselves, they’re testament to her assured project management skills.

Well versed in all the issues that can crop up at the 11th hour, Sass is almost unfeasibly calm in a crisis and has a head for problem-solving, organising, and making projects run like clockwork. Whatever the project, you can rest assured it’ll be in a safe pair of hands.

Background

After leaving university with a First Class Masters in marketing from the University of Portsmouth, Sass began her working life at Semaphore Marketing, working on the Hilton International Hotels Weekends brand. After a brief spell at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Sass returned to agency life at Media Works running press, outdoor, radio, cinema and direct mail campaigns for the Avon and Somerset Safety Camera Partnership, Davan Caravans, Bowood House and Bathwick Tyres.

Sass’s next move was to rhythmm, which later became part of Bray Leino. As Account Director, Sass managed a portfolio of clients, including AXA Sun Life Direct, Page & Moy, Original 106FM and Endsleigh Insurance. As the sole agency for AXA Sun Life Direct, she worked on high-volume direct mail campaigns, DRTV, press and online.

Some of the highlights included new product launches for AXA Sun Life Direct and their corporate partners (Nationwide, Abbey and Reader’s Digest), as well as rubbing shoulders with AXA’s DRTV and print celebrities: Sir Michael Parkinson and Annette Crosbie, June Whitfield and Gloria Hunniford.

Sass has since worked on numerous other clients including Apetito, Wiltshire Farm Foods, The Groovy Food Co, Ontology and the Pension Solutions Group.

After leaving Bray Leino in 2008, Sass made Anna her first port of call. It was then that Bright Butler was born.
